Bio
I'm a digital artist from Prague known for my intricate 3D renderings that blend reality and fiction, exploring themes of pop culture, futurism, and consumerism with a melancholic twist.
About the Work
I work in 3D digital art, using software like Cinema 4D and Octane Render to create hyper-realistic, surreal environments. My technique blends detailed texturing with imaginative themes, often incorporating pop culture elements to evoke nostalgia and commentary.
About This Piece
I immediately knew I wanted to turn my cube into some sort of giant rusted robot/character, like in my trademark series, so I started by experimenting with composition and figured out a cliff would be good to support the slender shape with some nice angle for a bti more dynamic composition. I also wanted to show the permanence of NFTs, so I crafted this little backstory to it by adding a little abandoned Castaway-like habitat. The piece was done in Cinema 4D, Octane Render, Substance Painter, RizomUV, Marvellous Designer and Photoshop + Illustrator.
Future
I got to connect with many amazing artists and collectors and it provided me with the opportunity to learn and experiment with a lot of new techniques and tools that I wouldn't be able to normally. In terms of the future, I'd love to see NFTs slowly build back up, but this time without the baggage of dodgy pfp projects and celebrity drops.
